If you're working on projects for customers, you may need help to speed up your work. For this we offer services you pay on a per hour basis. As we offer this worldwide, it is not possible to meet you personally. So, all services are done online via email.
Before we can start to help you on your project, you've to tell us, what you're doing at the moment, and what has to be done by us. In general you can order a number of hours and we do, what can be done in this time. Although, the most customers want to have a fixed price. For this you've to be as precisely as possible when describing the work we've to do.
Here's the process for fixed price offers:
You ask for a service through email with a short description of the project and the problem.
We analyze your infos and send you additional questions, necessary to offer a realistic price.
When we got all necessary information, you get a detailed
description, what has to be done by us and a price, based on hours we
estimate. This description becomes part of the contract and can't be
changed after ordering.
If you accept the offer you pay at share*it! the number of hours and send all necessary material to us.
When all pre-conditions are fulfilled we start the work.
Hint: If you have a strict project timeline, contact us as soon as possible. Although, we try to be as fast as possible our resources are limited. So, we can't assure near-term deadlines in general.
